One was all sequins and spotlights; the other, clean lines and desert light. This sculptural artwork is that collision, made physical.

Rooted in the Atomic Age aesthetic that defined the 1950s American home — an era of optimism, geometry, and unapologetic boldness — this piece draws equally from the starburst motifs that adorned living room walls, the kidney-shaped forms of the era’s most iconic furniture, and the shimmering excess of a Vegas showroom floor. It is mid-century modern at its most expressive.

This is not a print. It is not a reproduction. It is a handcrafted sculptural artwork, and the time invested in its creation is evident in every layer.

The base is marine grade ply, cut using the silhouette of an original Parker tabletop — a nod to one of the most celebrated furniture forms of the era. It is first layered in cerise cotton cloth, then finished with a light pink glittered shimmer fabric that catches the light with every shift in the room. Graphically designed and laser cut kidney shapes in marine grade ply are then overlapped with hand-drawn and hand-cut fabrics in gold and red shimmer. Laser cut acrylic elongated diamonds are layered, placed, and finished with a neat vintage gold rope trim — each element considered, each detail deliberate.

The result is a wall piece that commands a room.
